Restaurant Review - Jerry's Food Emporium

Jerry's is spreading the love with a second location in Saskatoon. We decided to dine "outside the bun" and order not from the popular burger menu. Read my review of Jerry's in the Star Phoenix.

Napa Valley Chicken Salad - delicious in a tangy orange dressing

Quesadilla with french fries. Jerry uses exclusively kennebec potatoes - says they're crispier - and yummy!

Gelatte is Jerry's invention - espresso coffee with steamed gelato - mine with Swiss chocolate
Jerry's makes all its gelatos and ice creams in house

There is a new restuarant called Firewood Grill in downtown Saskatoon.

The food is organic, no msg, and all can by gluten free (the buns are with either gluten free or regular). They make everything fresh in teh restaurant and nothing is made from helpers. It's all made from scratch.

Try it!

Thanks for the recommendation. I noticed the Fireside Grill, but hadn't tried it yet. It's on my list... BTW, I try not to review new restaurants until they've been operating for six months, to get the bugs out. But your ringing endorsement is well noted!
