Thank You! I just wanted to let you know how much I love your blog!

I found it from googling Saskatchewan Provincial Diet. I love a blog of a lady in Ontario who is trying a year long provincial diet and wanted to see how hard SK would be...turns out your the only blog, but thankfully you've done a great job of showing the resources that SK has!

We aren't ready to take on the Provincial Diet yet, we want to make sure we have a source of products and try our hand at gardening/canning this summer first.

You've also inspired my husband, he didn't think the diet was possible until I showed him your blog, but now he really wants to try the Soup every week challenge (he's a chef so free use of spices was more inspiring)
