I popped downtown to meet Lorne from White Fox, where he handed over a basket of fiddleheads, then he threw in a goodly number of just-picked morels. So, now the dilemma. What's for supper tonight, fiddlheads or morels?

Have both! I am making a dinner on Tuesday that will feature both. I'll be posting the recipe sometime later in the week...but that doesn't help you tonight!
If the morel season is good, I might be offering to part with some in a few weeks. Stay tuned...
Last night we picked up some fiddleheads from Bulk Cheese Warehouse, wrapped them in foil with herbs and fresh parmesan and popped them on the grill with some Saskatchewan farmers sausage. Delish!
Wish I would have had some morels to add. Mmmm...
