A dinner fit for a Prairie Feast

My book and I were guests of honour at a special dinner at McNally Robinson Booksellers last night with a menu dedicated to the foods of Saskatchewan. We started with hand-rolled potato ravioli with a fresh vegetables salsa, moved on to chicken breasts on a bed of chickpeas, winding up with saskatoon berry creme brulée. Thanks to Chef Clint and his team at McNallys for a great performance.
