2 tsp minced onion
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp plain yogurt
1/4 tsp each cumin and coriander
dash of salt and a few grinds of pepper
1/2 cup lentil sprouts
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
Mix everything together. Serve in a whole wheat wrap. (Note: we made 3 wraps with this amount of filling.) To grow your own lentil sprouts, see the instructions here.
