Earlier this week I was in Regina to create a series of cooking segments for "Living Saskatchewan" on CBC TV. We shot the segments in the kitchen of Nancy McEwen (pictured here with me - that's her on the left and me on the right). The theme was international dishes cooked with Saskatchewan ingredients.
